Rick and Debbie Smolinka of Hillsborough are pleased to announce the engagement of their son, Michael Ray Smolinka, to Melissa Beth Marlow, daughter of Randy and Leila Marlow of Parkersburg, West Virginia.
The prospective groom is a graduate of Hillsborough High School and West Virginia University. He is employed as a personal trainer at Princeton Fitness & Wellness Center.
The bride-to-be is also a graduate of West Virginia University and is employed in a management position at TD Bank in Flemington.
A September wedding is planned in Parkersburg, West Virginia.
