Betty Epple, a club mentor in Toastmasters International and a board member of the Bridgewater Women’s Club, will describe "12 Steps to Happiness" on Tuesday, Aug. 5, at the Manville Senior Center in the Fire Company No. 1 at 20 South Third Ave.
The senior center is normally open Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
A suggested lunch donation of $2 is recommended for individuals age 60 and older. The cost of lunch for those younger than age 60 is $6.50. Call 908-369-8700 before 10:30 a.m. the day before to make a lunch reservation.
Transportation is available for those who do not drive.
Bingo is played every Wednesday at 11:15 a.m.
Birthdays are celebrated on the fourth Wednesday of the month.
An aerobic chair exercise class is sponsored by the Manville Recreation Department every Monday and Wednesday, 8:45-9:45 a.m.
Leg strengthening exercises are led every Friday, 9:45-10:45 a.m. A Zumba Gold exercise class is held Tuesdays and Thursdays, 9:45-10:45 a.m.
