All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville. Reservations are required. Call 609-397-2228 24 hours in advance. The value of each meal is $5.10. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine. The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
Aug. 7 — Beef barley soup, lemon chicken breast, wild rice blend, honey ginger carrots, pineapple tidbits, pumpernickel bread, pound cake. Bring and brag.
Aug. 8 — Blended juice, tuna noodle casserole, broccoli crowns, garden salad with dressing, rye bre4ad, banana. Activity day.
Aug. 9 — Grape juice, roast beef, muenster cheese, Kaiser roll, coleslaw, fresh fruit, granola bar.
Aug 10 — Orange juice, chicken salad, wheat bread, three-bean salad, fresh fruit, jelly donut, milk.
Aug. 11 — Chicken noodle soup, pot roast with gravy, red roasted potatoes, vegetable medley, pickled beet salad, roll, carrot cake with icing. Bring a friend to lunch.
Aug. 12 — Split pea soup, roasted turkey with gravy, wild rice blend, sautéed spinach, cranberry molded salad, raisin bread, tapioca pudding. Cards.
Aug. 13 — Turkey rice soup, BBQ rib tickler, corn, hot potato salad, deluxe fruit salad, roll, fresh berries. Site meeting.
Aug. 14 — Cranapple juice, eggplant rollatini, meatballs with sauce, Italian green beans, lettuce salad with dressing, garlic bread, tiramisu cup. Bring a friend to lunch.
