A program titled “High Tea and Millinery Madness” is set for 2 p.m. Aug. 18 at the Old Bridge Public Library, Route 516 and Cottrell Road.
Participants are invited to make simple fascinators, the perfect headpiece to wear to any social event. High tea and cake will follow.
The event is open to all adults. Registration is required.
