Mature runners interested in 5K (and up) practice and training will meet during mornings at Meadow Ridge Park on Ridge Road in Rumson to decide on the morning run or runs.
Distance preferences will be accommodated by splitting into daily sections as necessary. Runners with great route suggestions for our locality are especially welcome.
