Weichert Workforce Mobility, one of the world’s leading providers of corporate talent mobility solutions, received the highest customer service satisfaction ratings among its largest competitors in the Twentieth Annual Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey. The Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey is the only industry-wide, objective evaluation of its kind to rank the quality of service provided by relocation management companies based upon evaluations collected from recently-transferred employees.
Weichert Workforce Mobility achieved the highest average service satisfaction score and the highest percentage of “top block” scores among the industry’s five largest suppliers, which constitute the company’s primary competition. Weichert also earned a net satisfaction rating that surpassed the industry average.
In addition, data aggregated from the past five years’ surveys reveals that Weichert has shown significant year-after-year improvement in its overall customer satisfaction ranking.

The Nationwide Relocating Employee Survey is conducted annually by Trippel Survey & Research, LLC, to objectively evaluate customer satisfaction levels with the services provided by relocation management companies. “Top block” service scores reflect scores of 9 or 10, with 10 representing the highest level of satisfaction. This year, 7,044 relocated employees representing 122 companies responded to the survey.
