Princeton
A man reported on Aug. 13 at 1:32 p.m. that his Trek Mountain Bike was stolen from Hodge Road sometime between Aug 1 at 9 a.m. and Aug. 11 at 2 p.m. The bicycle is worth $550.
Devon Husseyin, 20, of Staten Island, was charged with shoplifting 11 Gillette Mach3 razors from the CVS Pharmacy on State Road when police stopped him on Hodge Road on Aug. 13 at 10:31 a.m. The CVS store manager saw Mr. Husseyin leave the store in a gray Ford Focus with New Jersey plates. The razors were worth $210.89.
Shadaya Stevens, 28, of Ewing, was arrested on a warrant from Hamilton for $813 when she was stopped on Mercer Street on Aug. 12 at 4:04 p.m.
Montgomery
Michael Colangelo, 22, of Skillman, was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated in a school zone and failure to exhibit a driver’s license when he was stopped on Cherry Hill Road on Aug. 9 at 1:40 a.m.
Plainsboro
Rigel Pinkney, 29, of East Windsor, was arrested on a warrant from Helmetta Boro for $190 when he was stopped on Scotts Corner Road on Aug. 11 at 9:50 a.m.
Officers responded to Lenape Trail at Pond View Drive on Aug. 10 at 7:19 p.m. after they received a call that a Horizon Disposal Services porta potty was on fire. The officers extinguished the fire. The damage is estimated to be $1,000.
Jason Fazzaro, 21, of Cranbury, was charged with driving under the influence, reckless driving, tailgating and making unsafe lane changes when he was stopped on Scudders Mill Road on Aug. 10 at 10:13 a.m. He was also issued a criminal complaint for being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance.
Jancarlos Baez, 22, of Boston, was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of controlled dangerous substances in a motor vehicle, making an illegal U-turn and failing to wear a seatbelt when he was stopped on Scudders Mill Road on Aug. 9 at 11: 23 p.m.
Officers responded to Merwick Care and Rehabilitation Center on Plainsboro Road on Aug. 9 at 11: 50 a.m. on the report of a fire alarm. When they arrived at the scene, officers discovered a patient had discharged a hand-held dry chemical fire extinguisher within the second floor hallway. Officers and Merwick staff evacuated patients, and ambulance crews from Plainsboro, Princeton and West Windsor evaluated the exposed patients. Two patients were taken to the University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro.
Eric Collins, 27, of Trenton, was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while intoxicated, having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, speeding and failing to maintain his lane when he was stopped on Route 1 on Aug. 9 at 2:57 a.m.
Taylor Horincewich, 20, of North Brunswick, was charged with driving while intoxicated, being under the influence of marijuana, reckless driving, having a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, making an unsafe lane change and not adhering to the passenger restrictions and decal requirements of a provisional license when he was stopped on Route 1 on Aug. 8 at 8:43 p.m.
Ryan Albertson, 25, of Hamilton, was arrested on warrants from Hamilton and Lawrence for $2,500 and $2,600, respectively, when he was stopped on Schalks Crossing Road on Aug. 8 at 3 p.m. He was also charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams.
A woman on Quail Ridge Drive reported on July 28 at 2 p.m. that her HP Pavilion Laptop was stolen from her home sometime between 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. The computer is worth $590.
