All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville. Reservations are required. Call 609-397-2228 24 hours in advance. The value of each meal is $5.10. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine. The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
Aug. 21 — Beef vegetable soup, stuffed pepper, brown rice, carrot coins, tropical fruit salad, wheat bread, crumb cake. Bring and brag.
Aug. 22 — Apple juice, loin of pork with gravy, apple raisin stuffing, parsley cauliflower, mango applesauce, rye bread, mocha cupcake. Board games.
Aug. 23 — Orange juice, seafood salad, wheat bread, three-bean salad, fresh fruit, glazed crueler, milk.
Aug. 24 — Grape juice, roast beef, Swiss cheese, croissant, macaroni salad, fresh fruit, chocolate chip cookies.
Aug. 25 — Minestrone soup, breaded Pollack fish, macaroni and cheese, French green beans, tomato/onion vinaigrette, hamburger roll, sliced pears. Cards.
Aug. 26 — Beef orzo soup, turkey meatloaf, mashed potatoes, succotash, citrus salad, pumpernickel bread, chocolate pudding. Bring and brag.
Aug. 27 — Grape juice, sweet Italian sausage, Italian-style potatoes, mixed vegetables, hoagie roll, romaine salad with dressing, blueberry pie. Puzzle day.
Aug. 28 — Apple juice, chicken salad, macaroni salad, lettuce and tomato, croissant, cantaloupe and honeydew, black and white cookie. Bring and brag.
