Police stopped a vehicle at 11:22 a.m. Aug. 12 on I-195 for traveling with an obstructed view of the windshield. After an investigation, police charged Prisilla Daloia, 34, of Barnegat, with possession of heroin, possession of a hypodermic needle and possession of drug paraphernalia. Police charged Russell Squires, 40, of the Cream Ridge section of Upper Freehold, with possession of heroin, possession of a hypodermic needle, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving while intoxicated, driving with an obstructed view, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle and driving while suspended.
Police stopped Jaclyn Feuerschwenger, 34, of Mount Laurel, on Route 130 at 1:25 p.m. Aug. 13 for operating a vehicle while in violation of the cell phone law. After an investigation, she was also charged with drunken driving, careless driving, unclear plates, refusal to submit to breath testing and having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle.
Police arrested three juveniles, all from Robbinsville, on Aug. 12 and charged them with fourth degree criminal mischief after an investigation into vandalism in the areas of Washington Town Center, Sharon Mews, Sharon Road and Route 130. The vandalism, which included spray-painted vehicles, structures, garage doors, fences, electrical boxes, mailboxes, sidewalks and street signs, took place on and around May 31. The three juveniles were arrested, charged, processed and released to their parents pending court.
Police stopped a vehicle on Route 130 at 3:56 a.m. Aug. 17 for traveling without its headlights illuminated. After an investigation, police charged Julia Tokarev, 31, of Manalapan, with drunken driving, reckless driving, careless driving and refusal to submit to breath testing.
