Florence
   Michael L. Thomas, 43, of Trenton, was stopped on Route 130 at 10:39 p.m. Aug. 15 for a motor vehicle violation and was subsequently charged with drunken driving, driving without a license and failure to maintain a lane.
   Pedro Delgado Jr., 20, of Newark, Delaware, was stopped on Route 130 at 9:41 p.m. Aug. 16 and was subsequently charged with possession of suspected marijuana and contempt of court. He had an outstanding warrant from Vineland City Police Department.
   Deiaunee Byrd, 28, of Delanco, was stopped on Route 130 at 5:26 a.m. Aug. 17 and was subsequently charged with drunken driving, driving with an open container of alcohol in the vehicle, delaying traffic, failure to display an insurance card and failure to observe a traffic signal.
Mansfield
   Police stopped a motor vehicle on Thursday, July 24 at 2:09 a.m. on Route 206 for a moving violation. During the motor vehicle stop a check returned that the driver, Sheron Y. Wilson, 27, of Edgewater Park, was driving with a suspended license and was wanted on five warrants. She was taken into custody for processing, issued several motor vehicle summonses, and later released pending court appearances.
   On Monday, July 28 at 1:32 p.m., police were conducting a mobile inspection detail in conjunction with the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission. While inspecting passing vehicles an officer observed a non-moving violation. The officer requested that the driver, Alan Kaufman, 58, of Edison, pull into the parking lot. While speaking with Mr. Kaufman police detected the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle and requested that he exit his car. Mr. Kaufman allegedly repeatedly placed his hands inside his pockets after being instructed not to, so he was patted down for weapons. Police then discovered marijuana on his person and he was taken into custody. Mr. Kaufman was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance and was released pending a court appearance.
   Police performed a motor vehicle stop on Route 130 on Tuesday, July 29 at 4:58 p.m. for a moving violation. During the motor vehicle stop a check returned that a passenger of the vehicle, Kenneth L. Pierce, 56, of Trenton, was wanted on a criminal warrant. He was then taken into custody for processing and was later released pending court.
   On Saturday, Aug. 2 at 9 a.m., police observed Steven Gonzalez, 23, of Bordentown, walking on Route 130. During the stop, the officer determined that Mr. Gonzalez was wanted on warrants. He was taken into custody and a search of his person revealed that he was in possession of marijuana. Mr. Gonzalez was transported to headquarters for processing where he was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance. He was released pending court appearances after posting bail.
   Police stopped a motor vehicle on Saturday, Aug. 2 at 12:26 p.m. on Route 206 for a moving violation. During the motor vehicle stop a check returned that the driver, Brian J. Miller, 30, of Amherst, New York, was wanted for traffic warrants. Mr. Miller was taken into custody for processing and was later released after posting bail.
   On Wednesday, Aug. 6 at 2 p.m. police stopped a vehicle after a random check indicated that the vehicle’s registered owner’s driver’s license was suspended and had an outstanding traffic warrant. During the motor vehicle stop, the officer observed a plastic bag containing marijuana in plain view. Christopher S. Tash Jr., 25, of Millville, was then taken into custody and a subsequent consent search of his vehicle was conducted. During the search other drug paraphernalia was located. He was released from custody after being charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and a motor vehicle offense.
   Police stopped a motor vehicle for a moving violation on Saturday, Aug. 9 at 8:23 p.m. on Route 206. While speaking with the driver, Stephanie M. Gere, 24, of Little Ferry, the officer detected an odor of alcoholic beverages. MS. Gere was then taken into custody after failing to perform several sobriety tests. She was charged with drunken driving and several other motor vehicle violations. She was later released to a friend pending a court appearance.
