Office-supply retailer Staples will occupy 14,000 square feet in the North Village Shopping Center, Route 1 south, North Brunswick.

The lease signing by Levin Management brings retail occupancy of the 132,000- square-foot center to 100 percent.

The Burger King location at 963 Livingston Ave., North Brunswick, will participate in the A Chance for Kids & Families program to support cancer research and care at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.

Dermody Properties and AEW Capital Management celebrated the groundbreaking of LogistiCenter Exit 8A, a 308,276- square-foot industrial facility in South Brunswick last month.

The facility will feature 36 feet of clear height, 66 car parking spaces and 59 trailer parking spaces. Upon completion, it will be fully operational, with energy-efficient lighting, 35,000-lb. dock levelers and office space.

The property is being marketed to prospective tenants by Cushman & Wakefield.
