A ug. 26 was Women’s Equality Day. Let’s celebrate the fact that women can vote.
The late Bella Abzug introduced this resolution in 1971 to commemorate the passing of the 19th Amendment granting the right to vote, regardless of sex. Also, make sure your voter registration is up to date.
