The Middlesex County Board of Chosen Freeholders will present the ninth annual Labor Day Weekend Concert at 4 p.m. Aug. 31 at the Stephen J. Capestro Theater on Pine Drive in Roosevelt Park, Edison. The gates will open at 3 p.m.
The evening of entertainment will feature the cast of Beatlemania and Tusk, a Fleetwood Mac tribute band.
“We are pleased to present this annual event,” said Freeholder Charles E. Tomaro, chair of the county’s Infrastructure Management
Committee, which oversees the Parks and Recreation Office. “This concert is always an entertaining show that is fun for the whole family. It is certainly one of my favorite events of the year.”
The concert is free and open to the public. Concertgoers must bring their own lawn chairs. If necessary, a rain date will be announced.
