“Moments in Time,” a flower show, will be presented by the Navesink Garden Club 1-3 p.m. Sept. 16 at the Atrium, 40 Riverside Ave., Red Bank. The members enter and display the best examples of the fruits, vegetables, herbs and flowers grown in their gardens over the summer.
