Princeton
A person reported on Aug. 26 at 9:22 p.m. that someone had taken a Diamondback mountain bicycle secured to a bike rack on North Harrison Street between 11:30 a.m. and 9:22 p.m. The bicycle is worth $600.
A person reported on Aug. 25 at 5:24 p.m. that someone had taken a Trek mountain bicycle off of a back porch on Alexander Street between 12 p.m. on Aug. 24 and 6 a.m. on Aug. 25. The bicycle is worth $350.
Samir Talley, 22, of Trenton, was arrested on a warrant from Trenton for $543 after he was stopped on Bayard Lane on Aug. 25 at 11:03 a.m.
Montgomery
John Destefano, 59, of Princeton, was charged with driving while intoxicated, refusal to submit breath samples, failure to maintain a lane and failure to wear a seatbelt after he was stopped on Route 533 on Aug. 25 at 5:17 p.m.
Plainsboro
A woman residing on Parker Road reported on Aug. 26 at 3:30 p.m. that someone had stolen her PNC bank debit card on Aug. 18 between 6:15 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. while she was visiting the University Medical Center of Princeton at Plainsboro. The person made several unauthorized charges on the card totaling $234.88 before the woman cancelled it.
Wilson Rodgriguez, 32, of Trenton, was charged with driving while intoxicated, reckless driving, speeding, failure to maintain his lane and failure to keep right after he was stopped on Route 1 on Aug. 25 at 1:49 a.m.
Katty Rodriguez, 32, of Trenton, was arrested on active warrants from Trenton and West Windsor totaling $9,200 after she was stopped on Route 1 on Aug. 24 at 2:04 a.m. She was turned over to the West Windsor Police Department after she could not post bail.
James Hughes, 25, of Princeton, was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right and failure to maintain lamps after he was stopped on Plainsboro Road on Aug. 23 at 2:37 a.m.
Asadullah Ayuby, 23, of Hamilton, was charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance under 50 grams, possession of the substance in a motor vehicle and failure to maintain lamps after he was stopped on Route 1 on Aug. 22 at 11:37 p.m.
Samantha Vasilakos, 21, of Old Bridge, was charged with possession of hypodermic syringes, throwing debris out of a motor vehicle and failure to maintain lane after she was stopped on Wyndhurst Drive on Aug. 20 at 5:55 p.m.
A resident on Madison Drive reported on Aug. 16 at 3:37 p.m. that someone had used the individual’s Bank of America information to make multiple payments totaling $1,950 sometime between Aug. 19, 2013, and July 17.
Sheldon Lawrence, 24, of Paterson, was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a motor vehicle, driving while suspended, failure to keep right, having an obstructed view and having unclear plates after he was stopped on Route 1 on Aug. 16 at 9:15 p.m. He was also arrested on a warrant from West Orange for $414. He was taken to the Middlesex County Adult Correctional Center when he could not post bail for $1,000, the amount for carrying an unlawful weapon.
Edyta Baczyk, 39, of Trenton, was charged with driving while intoxicated, consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle, possessing an open or unsealed alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, reckless driving, delaying traffic, obstructing the passage of other vehicles, being an unlicensed driver, having a nonresident vehicle registration with expired touring privileges and operating an uninsured motor vehicle after she was stopped on Birch Drive on Aug. 16 at 11:42 a.m.
Lisa Marie Bennet, 32, of Morrisville, Pennsylvania, was arrested on three active warrants from Trenton for a total of $2,851 after an officer approached her vehicle, which was parked on Hunters Glen Drive, on Aug. 15 at 10:43 p.m.
Shadae Riggins, 21, of Monmouth Junction, was charged with driving under the influence, consuming alcohol in a motor vehicle, having an open container of alcohol in a motor vehicle, reckless driving, failure to maintain a lane and failure to exhibit registration after she was stopped on Route 1 on Aug. 15 at 2:16 a.m.
Bakeer Brown, 35, of Lawrenceville, was arrested on a warrant from Hopewell for $304 after he was stopped on Aug. 15 at 12:02 a.m. for failing to stop at a red light before making a right turn.
