Police report, issue of Sept. 4
Lambertville police reported charging two people with driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
Jennifer Huscher, 38, of Richboro, Pennsylvania, was arrested for DUI on Aug. 28.
Lt. Robert Brown stopped Ms. Huscher on North Union Street a little after 2 a.m. because he thought she was driving erratically.
Ms. Huscher was determined to be under the influence of alcohol. Huscher was also charged with refusal to submit to breath testing, reckless driving and failure to keep right.
She was released with a pending court date.
Stephen Campbell, 40, of Ewing was arrested for DUI on Sept. 1.
Patrolman Michael Gramlich stopped Mr. Campbell on Route 29 at 2:17 a.m. for having a tail light out.
Mr. Campbell was also charged with reckless driving and maintenance of lamps. He was released with a pending court date.
A 17-year-old was charged with possession of a fraudulent driver’s license as a result of an incident on July 24.
The juvenile had presented a Maryland driver’s license indicating he was 21 so that he could buy a bottle of alcohol.
The store clerk became suspicious and requested another form of ID, at which point the juvenile exited, leaving the fraudulent ID behind.
The juvenile was later identified and charged.
He was released to a parent with a pending court date. Patrolman Michael Gramlich investigated.
Michael Pidgeon, 48, of Lambertville, was arrested on pending warrants on Aug. 29. Patrolman Matthew Bast arrested Mr. Pidgeon at 1030 a.m. while walking on Coryell Street.
The warrants had been issued by Trenton authorities for failure to appear in court. Mr. Pidgeon was released on his own recognizance with a pending court date.
