Do you like to work with children and youth? Become a Kidsbridge Tolerance Museum Volunteer!
Help kids learn about diversity appreciation, community service and bullying prevention. The Kidsbridge Tolerance Museum hosts field trips of elementary and middle school students from around New Jersey. Volunteers lead small groups of students guiding them through fun, interactive exhibits and discussions. Volunteers new to Kidsbridge will receive training and will work with experienced educators.
Join us for an information session on Tuesday, October 7 or Wednesday, November 5 from 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM on both dates. Sessions will last one hour.
Field trips take place between 9:30 AM and 1:30 PM. Volunteers may choose to work partial sessions from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM or 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM – or the entire four hours. Volunteers participate as often or as little as they prefer, based on their schedules.
The information sessions will take place in the Kidsbridge Tolerance Museum. The museum is located in the Ewing Senior & Community Center at 999 Lower Ferry Rd. in Ewing. The site is easy access from I-95 and parking is free.
Please RSVP by contacting Rebecca at [email protected] or 609-356-8972. Visit our website at www.kidsbridgemuseum.org to learn more about Kidsbridge. Come and learn what it means to be an UPstander!
