Manville Library will show off "what’s new" at an open house for the public on Tuesday, Sept. 30, from 6:30-8 p.m.
Since joining the Somerset County Library System two years ago, the Manville library has more books, DVDs, e-books, museum passes, contests for children, a reading book club, and volunteers, said Ed Smith, branch director.
With the assistance of Stewart Fife of Library Interiors Inc., the library is being redesigned to make the patrons more comfortable, improve the floor plan and have materials more accessible. Mr. Smith said he would talk about the long-range plan on Tuesday.
Light refreshments will be served.
