SENIOR MENUS

Sept. 25-Oct. 2

All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville. Reservations are required. Call 609-397-2228 24 hours in advance. The value of each meal is $5.10. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine. The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
Sept. 25 — Grape juice, meatballs with sauce, baked ziti, sautéed green beans, antipasto salad, Italian bread, cannoli. Bring and brag.
Sept. 26 — Blended juice, stuffed filet of sole, baked potato, broccoli/cauliflower, Mandarin oranges, whole grain bread, marble pound cake. Cards.
Sept. 27 — Cranapple juice, egg salad, wheat bread, pasta veggie salad, fresh fruit, sandwich cookies, milk.
Sept. 28 — Orange juice, turkey and provolone, lettuce and tomato, croissant, fresh fruit, granola bar, milk.
Sept. 29 — Beef orzo soup, chicken parmesan, penne with sauce, sautéed spinach, Caesar salad, Italian bread, crumb cake. Cards.
Sept. 30 — Grape juice, beef stew in gravy, peas, carrots and onions, diced potatoes, chick pea onion salad, buttermilk biscuit, sliced peaches. Board games.
Oct. 1 — Cranapple juice, pork loin with gravy, sautéed pierogies, Harvard beets, spinach salad, multi-grain bread, lemon meringue pie. Puzzle day.
Oct. 2 — Lentil soup, meatloaf with gravy, parslied potatoes, sautéed peas, cucumber salad, dinner roll, fresh grapes. Bring and brag.
