SOUTH BRUNSWICK: GOP gets into campaign groove

Mayoral candidate Paul Saltin and other county ballot candidates were the featured guests.
Republican candidate for mayor, Paul Saltin, and other local GOP Party members got into the campaign groove Saturday night with a dinner-dance at Pierre’s on George’s Road.
The evening also featured GOP Freeholder candidates Stephanie Bartfalvi and Richard Greene.
Both candidates said they want to make people more aware of the county’s $500 million budget.
They will face incumbent Democrats Carol Barrett-Valenti and Charles Tomaro in November.
Ms. Barrett is a South Brunswick resident and former deputy mayor.
Mr. Sa;tin is facing incumbent Democrat Frank Gambatese who is seeking his fourth term as mayor.
