Panera Bread is once again featuring the sale of the Pink Ribbon Bagel in recognition of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

During October, sales of the bagel will benefit the Rutgers Cancer Institute of New Jersey. Shaped in the form of the iconic pink ribbon, the Pink Ribbon Bagel features cherry chips, dried cherries and cranberries, vanilla, honey and brown sugar. It is baked fresh each morning.

For every Pink Ribbon Bagel sold in the 51 participating Panera Bread locations in northern and central New Jersey and New York City, 10 cents will support breast cancer research and patient education programs at the Rutgers Cancer Institute.

Panera has locations in North Brunswick, Edison, Woodbridge, Old Bridge, East Brunswick, Piscataway and Manalapan.
