The 67th annual Red Bank Halloween Parade will begin 2 p.m. Oct. 19 at Broad Street. Lineup and judging will take place 1 p.m. at the corner of East Bergen Place and South Street. The rain date is Oct. 26.
Prizes will be awarded for the best costume, best pet costume and best float.
After the parade, a party will be celebrated in the parking lot on White Street.
