All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville. Reservations are required. Call 609-397-2228 24 hours in advance. The value of each meal is $5.10. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine. The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
Oct. 16 — Chicken veggie soup, pepper steak, brown rice, seasoned baby carrots, pineapple rings, wheat bread, coconut cake. Bring and brag.
Oct. 17 — Grape juice, BBQ rib tickler, scalloped potatoes, seasoned corn, creamy coleslaw, corn muffin, cherry pie. Bring a friend to lunch.,
Oct. 18 — Apple juice, chicken salad, rye bread, pickled beets and onions, fresh fruit, granola bar, milk.
Oct. 19 — Orange juice, liverwurst, rye bread, sliced onion, cottage cheese and fruit, iced brownie, milk.
Oct. 20 — Butternut squash soup, veal stroganoff, parslied egg noodles, sugar snap peas, deluxe fruit salad, six-grain bread, Jell-O with topping. Cards.
Oct. 21 — Cream of mushroom soup, chicken Francoise, red bliss potatoes, cauliflower and broccoli, romaine salad, raisin bread, pumpkin cheesecake. Bring a friend to lunch.
Oct. 22 — Cranapple juice, cheese lasagna, meatballs in sauce, Italian green beans, antipasto salad, Italian bread, apricots. Puzzle day.
Oct. 23 — Beef noodle coup, sauerbraten, potato pancakes, braised red cabbage, chunky applesauce, pumpernickel bread, German chocolate cake. Bring and brag.
