FREEHOLD — Nancy Scharff and her praise band, “King of Kings,” will offer an evening of uplifting and inspiring music as they present a contemporary Christian concert at 7 p.m. Oct. 18 at the First Presbyterian Church of Freehold, 118 W. Main St.
The concert will feature songs from Scharff’s latest CDs: “Come and Worship” and “Cover Me Lord.” The church is accessible to individuals with a handicap.
Scharff has performed locally, throughout the United States and internationally, including a tour in Perth, Australia, in 2009, and the Cayman Islands in fall of 2013.
She sang with Michael W. Smith at a sold-out concert in Carnegie Hall in New York City and has performed local “God and Country” and “Christmas Is Love” concerts at area churches and venues such as the Count Basie Theatre in Red Bank, according to a press release.
