Parker Home honored with six Excellence in Action awards

Among a select few long-term care and senior living providers in New Jersey recognized this year by National Research Corporation, three of the four winners were Parker at River Road and Parker at Landing Lane nursing homes, and Parker at Stonegate assisted living residence.

With a commitment for ongoing improvement, Parker Home participates in a survey process for residents, families, and employees every year to gauge customer satisfaction, quality and operational excellence.

Parker Home won six Excellence in Action awards for achieving outstanding resident and employee satisfaction, a noteworthy accomplishment that has been achieved by few senior residences nationwide. My InnerView by National Research Corporation is a leading provider of performance-improvement solutions for the senior care profession. Parker’s satisfaction scores fell within the top 10 percent in both customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction of the My InnerView product database, the largest collection of long-term and senior living satisfaction metrics in the nation.

Parker Home CEO Roberto Muniz stated, “We expected to receive one or two Excellence in Action awards this year as usual, but were surprised and proud to win the awards for all three homes in both categories. With six awards under our belt, our new goal is to continue to listen to the voice of our residents and employees, strive for excellence in quality and service, and replicate our success.”
