The Crosswicks CommunityAssociation Crosswicks Crawl (ghost walk) will be held tonight, Thursday, Oct. 30 at 7 p.m., 8 p.m. and 9 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 2 at 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m. Settled in 1677, Crosswicks Village has been host to many historical moments including a Revolutionary War skirmish (1778). Could this quaint town be host to some paranormal activity? The cost is $10 per person. Reservations are required. Space is limited. The Whimsical Witches of Crosswicks 15th Annual Witches Ball will be held 7 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 1, at the Crosswicks Community House, 480 Main St. in Crosswicks. Tickets cost $20 person, with limited tickets and advanced sales only. Ladies 21 years and over only. All proceeds from tickets sales are donated to local charities and or local families in need. The Union Fire Company No. 1 pancake breakfast will be held 7-11 a.m., Sunday, Nov. 2, at the Crosswicks Firehouse. Ticket prices are $6 for adults, $3 for children 12 and under and free for children under 5. Take-out costs $6.

The Crosswicks Friends Meeting Craft Night will be held 7–9 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 4, at the First Day School, located on the grounds of the Meeting House in Crosswicks. The Crosswicks Library invites all area residents and visitors to use the new Little Free Library book swap, which has been installed in front of the library. The book swap was designed, built and installed as an Eagle Scout project by Justin Albano of Troop 112. Find books that are free for the taking; leave a book for others to enjoy.
