John J. Timko, 52, of Flemington was arrested on Oct. 22 at about 4 p.m.
Patrolman Matthew Bast investigated a report of a male trying to enter into a Church Street apartment in which he did not reside. Upon arrival, Mr. Timko was found allegedly highly intoxicated.
When the officer tried to assist Mr. Timko, he became belligerent and refused to leave the area, police said. Mr. Timko was charged with disorderly conduct and failure to obey a lawful order. He was later released with a pending court date.
Daniel S. Schumacher, 26, of Milford was arrested for driving while under the influence on Oct. 23 at about 1 a.m.
Patrolman Albani observed Mr. Schumacher’s vehicle stopped at the intersection of North Franklin and York streets with its headlights turned off. After an investigation Mr. Schumacher was found to be under the influence of alcohol and arrested. Mr. Schumacher was also charged with reckless driving and failing to use headlamps and wipers. He was released with a pending court date.
— Jaquon R. Hodge, 20, of Trenton was arrested on Saturdayat about 10:40 p.m. for pending warrants. Patrolman Anthony Memolo responded to the area of York and North Main streets for a report of a disabled vehicle. Mr. Hodge, who was a passenger in the vehicle, was found to have three warrants issued for his arrest, two from Trenton Municipal Court and one from Plainsboro Municipal Court.
Mr. Hodge was released by Trenton on both warrants and turned over to Plainsboro Police Department for its warrant.
— Tyshawn H. Barlow, 38, of Lambertville was arrested on Oct. 25 at about 9 a.m. on a pending warrant.
Patrolwoman Sharon Polyak said she saw Mr. Barlow standing in the area of Coryell Street and knew he was wanted by Flemington Municipal Court on a $25,000 warrant. Mr. Barlow was transported to the Hunterdon County Jail in lieu of bail.
— Mary E. Boname, 49, of Pennington was charged on Oct. 26 for driving under the influence. Lt. Robert Brown stopped Ms. Boname in the area of Route 29 and the Golden Nugget Flea Market at 9:22 p.m., after she was observed allegedly driving erratically.
Ms. Boname was determined to be under the influence of alcohol and subsequently arrested. She was also charged with refusal to submit to breath testing, failure to keep right on multi-lane roadway and careless driving. Ms. Boname was released with a pending court date.
