– Brain Injury Alliance holds driving contest
The Brain Injury Alliance of New Jersey (BIANJ) has received a $15,000 grant from the New Jersey Education Association (NJEA) to support the fifth annual “U Got Brains Champion Schools Program,” a contest challenging New Jersey high school students and teachers to develop fun and interactive campaigns aimed at educating teens about the importance of safe driving.

– Rod Stewart tribute coming to Monroe
The Monroe Township Cultural Arts Commission will present “The Ultimate Tribute to Rod Stewart,” featuring Rick Larrimore and Blondes Have More Fun, 7 p.m. Nov. 15 at the Richard P. Marasco Theatre for the Performing Arts, 1629 Perrineville Road, Monroe.

– Comedy to open Nov. 20 at EBHS
The East Brunswick High School (EBHS) Drama Club will present “Never Mind What Happened, How Did It End?” 7 p.m. Nov. 20, 21 and 22 at the high school, Cranbury Road.
The play, a comedy by David Rogers, investigates the changing attitudes toward young love over three generations, featuring 18-year-old Ann; her mother, Donna; and her grandmother, Penny, a former movie star.

The Sisterhood of Temple B’nai Shalom will host its second annual Holiday Boutique 9 a.m.-3 p.m. Nov. 16 at the synagogue, Fern and Old Stage roads, East Brunswick.
