All meals are served at noon at Hibernia Apartments in Lambertville. Reservations are required. Call 609-397-2228 24 hours in advance. The value of each meal is $5.10. Any amount donated over this is a tax-deductible contribution. All menus are subject to change and include milk and margarine. The sodium-controlled menu is the same unless otherwise noted.
Nov. 20 — Beef noodle soup, Polynesian chicken, saffron rice, broccoli and cauliflower, pineapple and coconut, six-grain bread, Jell-O with topping. Bring and brag.
Nov. 21 — Cranapple juice, sweet Italian sausage, Italian-style potatoes, mixed vegetables, hoagie roll, romaine salad, cannoli. Bring a friend to lunch.
Nov. 22 — Apple juice, ham and provolone, Kaiser roll, lettuce and tomato, fresh fruit, jelly roll, milk.
Nov. 23 — Orange juice, chicken salad, pumpernickel bread, carrot raisin salad, fresh fruit, Boston cream donut, milk.
Nov. 24 — Cream of broccoli soup, stuffed flounder, baked potato, stewed tomatoes, mixed green salad, bridge roll, marble pound cake. Cards.
Nov. 25 — Split pea soup, Salisbury steak with gravy, whipped potatoes, creamed spinach, coleslaw, six-grain bread, sliced pears. Cards.
Nov. 26 — Blended juice, ham with raisin sauce, sweet potato, green and gold beans, sunshine salad, dinner roll, pumpkin cheesecake. Activity day.
Nov. 27 — Closed (Thanksgiving).
