Epichorus to perform at temple on Nov. 22

The Epichorus will be the initial event of the ninth season of the Ohavei Tarbut (Lovers of Jewish Culture) Series during an evening of music at 8 p.m. Nov. 22 at Anshe Emeth Memorial Temple, 222 Livingston Ave., New Brunswick.

Created and curated by Rabbi Zach Fredman of The New Shul in New York City and a master oud player, this group of New York musicians plays a mix of liturgical and retro-folk.

Admission to the concert is $18.

Future events in the series are Tsu Fil Duvids on Feb. 21, and Donna and Cantor Joshua Breitzer on April 26. Subscriptions for the entire series are available for $50 per person or $100 per family.
