MANVILLE: Resident reports damage to pool fence

Police blotter, issue of Nov. 20

A Brooks Boulevard resident at 10:19 a.m. Nov. 10 reported damage to a pool fence in the overnight hours. Estimated damage was $50.
— Jennifer Collucci of Somerville was charged with shoplifting $240.68 worth of merchandise from Wal-Mart on North Main Street at 11:06 a.m. Nov. 10. She was given a date to come to municipal court.
— Wal-Mart loss prevention officers called police at 4:41 p.m. Nov. 10 to say they were trying to apprehend two alleged shoplifters, one man and one female. Patrols found them at the Lukoil gas station and placed both under arrest. Jayson Smith, 21, of Bound Brook and Tammisha Johnson, 21, of Brooklyn were given summonses for shoplifting and given a court date.
— William Fahey, said to be homeless, was arrested outside police headquarters on numerous Manville and Hillsborough warrants at 8:36 a.m. Nov. 11. He was taken to Somerset County Jail in default of $2,448 bail.
— Police arrested three people for having a controlled dangerous substance, and also possession of drugs in a motor vehicle, on Colorado Avenue at 11:32 p.m. Nov. 13.
— Police said they saw people in a silver BMW in the lot of a park and throwing things out of the vehicle. Charged were a 17-year-old Bridgewater girl; Christopher Henry, 21, of Raritan, and Kieon Wright, 28, of Manville. They were released afterwards.
— Sgt. Ronald Gazaway arrested Tracy Lambert, 44, of Manville, at 12:31 p.m. Nov. 13 for a $500 pending warrant from Bound Brook and a $1,000 warrant from North Brunswick. She was released after posting bail.
— Michael C. Casserta, 39, of Hillsborough was charged with shoplifting a drill valued at $288 from Wal-Mart on North Main Street at 2 p.m. Nov. 13. He was released on a summons to Robert Wood Johnson Somerset hospital.
— Patrols stopped Yasin C. Morris, 32, of Manville on West Camplain Road for allegedly littering at 9:18 a.m. Nov. 15 and placed him under arrest for a $730 criminal warrant from East Brunswick and an $81 traffic warrant out of Union Township. He was also charged with shoplifting and not wearing a seat belt. He was released after both agencies were contacted.
— Zachary Pendleton, 25, of Hillsborough was charged with driving under the influence at 1:06 a.m. Nov. 16 on Duke’s Parkway and North 13th Avenue. Patrol said his auto went out of its lane several times.
— Julianne Nickas, 23, of East Brunswick was stopped on North 3rd Avenue and Wyoming Place and ultimately served with a warrant for $500 for a traffic complaint from Raritan Township at 8:53 a.m. Sunday. Nov. 16.
— A caller from South 15th Avenue and Vermont Avenue reported a power outage after hearing an explosion outside at 9:10 a.m. Sunday Nov. 16. PSE&G was called.
— A woman came to headquarters at 3:28 p.m. Sunday Nov. 16 to say her wallet had been taken from a dressing room at Wal-Mart in the past hour.
— Bryan Mendez, 21, of Manville was charged with being a disorderly person, issued a summons and released at five minutes after midnight Monday Nov. 17 at La Cascada on West Camplain Road.
