Columbus Girl Scout Troop 22253 is collecting flags no longer suitable to represent the country.
The Scouts will have an official flag retirement ceremony in the spring. Those with an old flag to be included should drop it off at the Bordentown Library, 18 E. Union St. or Mansfield Township Offices at 3135 Route 206.
The Scouts also can arrange a pickup for those who contact [email protected].
Consider hosting the next big event at the Columbus Grange.
