DeBows United Methodist Church, 509 Monmouth Road (Route 537), Jackson, will sponsor a living Nativity scene, complete with animals, at 5 p.m. and 6 p.m. Dec. 13. Soup and chili will be served after each performance. Free admission.
The Allentown High School Symphonic Band Winter Concert and fifth annual Sip Some Soup Supper will be held in the high school cafeteria on Dec. 11 beginning at 5 p.m. Fresh breads, desserts and gourmet soups, prepared by local restaurants and parents, will be served. Tickets for supper are $10 for adults, $5 for children, and $30 for a family of four. Tickets will be available for purchase at the door. Various ensembles will provide entertainment throughout the evening, followed by the free winter concert beginning at 7 p.m. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Allentown Food Pantry.
