"The Hunterdon Land Trust’s winter farmers market is part of our commitment to supporting local farms and farmers, safeguarding our rural way of life and ensuring everyone in this area has access to nutritious and delicious local food," said Catherine Suttle, cultural director of the Hunterdon land Trust. "Extending the market season into the winter provides the farmers with income year-round and encourages them to extend their growing seasons."
