LAWRENCE: Police blotter

Someone stole 32 cases of Corona beer from a warehouse at the Hub City Distributors Co. on Princess Road between 5:30 a.m. and 6:05 a.m. Dec. 3, but the incident was not reported to police until 10:20 a.m. Dec. 9. There were no signs of forced entry.
Felicia Zitani, 27, of Hamilton, was charged with shoplifting three rings, valued at $114, from J.C. Penney at 4:55 p.m. Dec. 9.
A thief nearly escaped with some clothing from an unlocked car that was parked on Lenox Drive at 2:50 p.m. Dec. 9. The victim was walking to his car when he observed a woman walking away from his car, carrying a Men’s Wearhouse shopping bag.
He checked the back seat of his car and discovered the shopping bag was missing. He confronted the woman and asked her what was in the bag. He asked to see the sweater, and she threw it at him and left the scene. She may have escaped with a small amount of change, taken from the center console.
Quadeerah Coleman, 22, and Iasia Rock, 22, both of Trenton, and Alysha Bostick, 20, of Ewing Township, were charged with receiving stolen property when they were found to have clothing worth a combined $759 in their possession that belonged to Gymboree, Vans, Justice and the Children’s Place at the Quaker Bridge Mall at 6:34 p.m. Dec. 10.
Police were alerted by Quaker Bridge Mall security staff of a possible shoplifting incident at Forever 21. Police stopped the women in the parking lot outside the mall near a car, and recovered the merchandise. Ms. Bostick was also charged with possession of a stun gun and possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, and was taken to the Mercer County Corrections Center on a warrant.
A Hamilton Township woman who was shopping at Toys ‘R Us reported the theft of two gift cards, personal papers and $60 in cash from her wallet, which she had left in her purse in a shopping cart outside the bathroom at 3:32 p.m. Dec. 12. The thief also took the wallet.
A Michael Kors handbag, valued at $200, and two pairs of shoes worth a combined $110, were reported stolen from the DSW Shoe Warehouse in separate incidents at 7:07 p.m. Dec. 12.
Sometime between 4:38 p.m. and 5:18 p.m., a woman was observed removing the handbag from a sales rack. She crouched down and removed the packaging, and left the store without paying for it.
The shoes were taken at 5:14 p.m. by a woman who sat down on a bench with two boxes of shoes. She was observed leaning over the shoe boxes. She then left the store without paying for the shoes.
Jenny Rodriguez, 42, of Trenton, was charged with child neglect for allegedly leaving her 8-year-old daughter unattended as the child slept on a bench at the Quaker Bridge Mall at 7:25 p.m. Dec. 13.
Passers-by noticed the child alone, asleep, and reported it to the mall’s security guards, who in turn called police.
Ahmed Aldabbagh, 20, was charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia (a grinder) after Rider University security officers were alerted of an odor of marijuana coming from his Centennial House dorm room. Police responded after being notified by Rider officials.
