Kim Czyzewski, a resident of Hamilton Township, New Jersey, has joined Peapack-Gladstone Bank as Vice President, Trust Officer. Kim will be instrumental in providing personalized client service through trust administration and account management in the Bank’s wealth management business. She has worked in the financial services industry for 16 years previously with U.S. Trust, Bank of America and Merrill Lynch Trust Company. Ms. Czyzewski studied Trust Administration with Cannon Financial Institute and obtained her Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) certification in 2008. Kim is an active member of the Hamilton High West Athletic Booster Clubs and is committed to volunteering within the Mercer and Ocean County communities.
Lauren Franzoni joins Peapack-Gladstone Bank as Vice President, Senior Credit Underwriter. A resident of Robbinsville, New Jersey, Lauren brings with her 21 years of experience in the financial services industry previously serving as Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager at Sun National Bank and prior to that at Wells Fargo Bank. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Delaware and M.B.A. with Honors from Rider University School of Business.
Lisa Gallo-Conklin of Ridgewood, New Jersey joins Peapack-Gladstone Bank as Assistant Vice President, Sales and Support Analyst. She will be supporting commercial and industrial business development in Northern New Jersey through the Bank’s Teaneck Private Banking office. Lisa previously served at First National State’s International Division in Newark, NJ and most recently as Vice President, NJ Trade Finance Specialist and Relationship Manager at The Bank of New York. She is the founder and active member of the The Promise Foundation dedicated to promoting awareness and aid in the prevention of skin cancer. Lisa is a graduate of Skidmore College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Finance and Farleigh Dickinson University with an M.B.A. in International Finance.
Cecelia T. Lardieri of Bedminster, New Jersey has been promoted to the position of Vice President, Director of Human Resources at Peapack-Gladstone Bank. Joining the Bank in 2013, Cecelia has 15 years of Human Resources experience previously serving at Hunterdon Healthcare, Capital One and TD Bank. She is a graduate of Seton Hall University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and holds Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification.
Eileen Loughnane, a residentof Basking Ridge, New Jersey,joins Peapack-Gladstone Bank as Assistant Cashier, Events Manager. Eileen is active in the Bernardsville and Basking Ridge communities through her efforts as President and former Executive Director of SWIM, Inc.; Executive Director of E Arts and Performance; Arts and Humanities Director of the Somerset Hills YMCA; President of the Bernardsville Chamber of Commerce; committee member of Farmstead Arts and the Bernards Township Department of Parks & Recreation; and past President of the Rotary Club of Bernardsville. Though the University of Arizona, Eileen was a lead performer and Assistant Choreographer for the international/educational organization, Up with People.
James Lucarelli has joined Peapack-Gladstone Bank as a Community Banking Officer. A resident of Union City, New Jersey, James brings 12 years of financial services experience to the Bank previously serving as Commercial Underwriter, Data Quality Control Officer at Capital One in New York City and as Credit Analyst at Fleet Bank/Bank of America. Mr. Lucarelli is a graduate of Boston College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and participates as volunteer with the Special Olympics.
Sean Martin has joined Peapack-Gladstone Bank as Vice President, Senior Operations Officer bringing to the bank 10 years of experience in operations across four community banks. Previously, he served as Electronic Banking Manager at Spencer Savings Bank in Elmwood Park, New Jersey and prior to that as Systems Analyst at Investors Bank in Short Hills. Sean will be responsible for overseeing advances in technology, client care and information gathering through electronic and mobile channels. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers University and currently resides in Rutherford, New Jersey.
Louella Rose joins Peapack-Gladstone Bank as Assistant Vice President, Assistant Trust Officer. Previously serving as Senior Portfolio Administrator at The Bank of New York Mellon and JPMorgan Chase, she will be instrumental in supporting Peapack-Gladstone Bank’s wealth management clients and business through the Bank’s Teaneck Private Banking location. Louella holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business from Baruch College in New York City.
Diliya Ture of Parsippany, New Jersey, joins Peapack-Gladstone Bank as Assistant Cashier, Assistant Branch Manager of the Bank’s Mendham location. Diliya bring to the bank 9 years of experience in the financial services industry previously serving at Bank of America and Wells Fargo Bank. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Centenary College and is fluent in the Uzbek language.
