Weichert, Realtors made the words ‘Happy Holidays’ ring true with its annual toy drive

The Weichert Family of Companies successfully completed its 36th Annual Toy Drive, collecting more than 16,000 new toys and more than $5,000 in monetary donations for disadvantaged children in time for the holiday season.

The collected toys were donated to numerous charities throughout the regions in which Weichert does business, including Grace Smith House, Salvation Army, Foster Parents Association of Montgomery County, Owen Lee Foundation, Goryeb Children’s Hospital at Morristown Medical Center, Friends Center for New Beginnings, Crawford House, The Valerie Fund, Family Promise, Ronald McDonald House, Market Street Mission and St. Anne Infant Home, to name just a few.

“The Weichert Family of Companies is proud to continue its commitment to help better the lives of those in need within our communities,” said Jim Weichert, co-president and founder of Weichert, Realtors. “We are delighted by the support of our sales associates and employees, as well as the residents of the communities we serve, who contributed so generously once again to our annual toy drive.”

The new, unwrapped toys were collected at Weichert, Realtors sales offices and from corporate staff members. In addition to the toys collected, Weichert also collected clothing, food and financial contributions, which also were passed along to various charities.
