Lambertville police said Shawn T. Dutcher, 29, of Hopewell was charged with having a controlled dangerous substance on Feb. 8.
Patrolman Matthew Bast responded to the Wells Fargo Bank on Bridge Street after an anonymous caller reported seeing Mr. Dutcher using CDS in a parked motor vehicle at 5:46 p.m. The officer said he saw Mr. Dutcher slumped over in the driver’s seat.
Police said Mr. Dutcher was found to be in possession of synthetic marijuana, a glass pipe and four syringes. He was also charged with possession of CDS and paraphernalia. He was released with a date to come to court.

— Michael E. Mertzman, 44, of New Hope was arrested for DUI on Feb. 9. Lt. Robert Brown said he saw a disabled vehicle in the area of South Union Street and Swan Street at 12:51 a.m. Upon investigation, the driver, Mr. Mertzman, was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was subsequently arrested.
He was also charged with careless driving. Mr. Mertman was later released with a pending court date.
— William B. Kommalan, 35, of Trenton, was arrested for DUI on Feb. 14. Patrolman Michael Gramlich said he saw Mr. Kommalan driving erratically at 1:21 a.m., stopped the vehicle and put Mr. Kommalan under arrest.
He was also charged with refusal to submit to breath testing, failure to signal a turn and failure to keep right. Mr. Kommalan was later released with a pending court date.
— Cheyenne E. Delia, 37, of Lambertville was charged with driving under the influence on Feb. 15.
Lt. Robert Brown said he saw Ms. Delia driving erratically in the area of North Union Street at 2:12 a.m. The officer stopped the vehicle and placed Ms. Delia under arrest. She was also charged with careless driving. Ms. Delia was later released with a pending court date.
