3rd Tues. of the Month 
    The Bordentown City Green Team meets the third Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. at the Carslake Community Center, 209 Crosswicks Road. Meetings are open to the public. Reach the Green Team at bordentowncitygreenteam@gmail.com. 
Tuesdays & Thursdays 
    ZUMBA classes take place Tuesdays from 6-7 p.m. and Thursdays from 5:30-6:30 p.m. at the Jacksonville Community Center in Bordentown Township. The cost is $5 per class. Call 609-304-9865 for more information. 
Sundays 
    Holy Cross Lutheran Church, 280 Crosswicks Road, Bordentown holds worship services at 9:03 and 11:03 a.m. with live music, video and messages from Pastor Garrett Knudson.     The Bordentown Presbyterian Church will hold its monthly coffeehouse, Cafe 420, at 7 p.m. at 420 Farnsworth Ave., Bordentown. The meeting features Celtic duo KillenClark.     The Northern Burlington Band Boosters are having their first Comedy Night at 6:30 p.m. at the Rutgers ECO Complex, 1200 Columbus Road, Columbus.     Hope Hose Humane Co. No. 1 Fire Department will hold a flea market from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., at the former St. Mary’s Elementary School, 30 Elizabeth St., Bordentown. Inside vendors are $10 per table. Outside vendors are $5 per space. Set up is at 7 a.m. There will be food available for sale. Call Eileen Ratigan at 609-923-0343 to reserve a table. 

    A Rodgers and Hammerstein concert presented by the Community Concert Association of Bordentown will be held at 3 p.m. at Bordentown Regional Middle School, 50 Dunn’s Mill Road, Bordentown. The newly staged revue, under the direction of Robert Violette, features musical theater favorites, both classic and contemporary, such as “South Pacific,” “Carousel,” “The Sound of Music,” “Oklahoma” and “The King and I.” Tickets: Adults $15: Students $5.     The New Hanover Township School in Wrightstown will hold its Kindergarten registration on March 27, April 24 and May 29. Our Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten programs are full day (8:40 A.M.-3:25 P.M.). A Pre-Kindergarten student must be age 4 on or before Sept. 30, 2015. A Kindergarten student must be age 5 on or before Sept. 30, 2015. Call the school (609-723-2139) to make an appointment to register your child for Kindergarten. Please call the school between 9a.m. – 12 p.m. or 1 – 3 p.m. to make an appointment. 

    Holy Cross Lutheran Church and Preschool, 280 Crosswicks Road, Bordentown, is hosting an open house for its preschool along with an Easter Family Celebration from 1 to 3:30 p.m. The celebration will include an egg hunt and pictures with the Easter Bunny. Visit www.hclconline.org
    Dorothea Dix Unitarian Universalist Community, 39 Park St., Bordentown, will hold its 11th annual auction. The event features live, silent and ticket auctions of goods and services, gift certificates, experiences, theme/gift baskets, collectibles and more.     Bordentown Elks Lodge 2085 has bingo every Tuesday at 7:15 p.m.
    Doors open at 5 p.m. There is a progressive jackpot, and food is available for purchase.
    The lodge has sandwich night every Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. The price is $6 per person.
    Lodge 2085 hosts a breakfast the third Sunday of every month from 8 to 11 a.m.
    All proceeds benefit the Special Children’s Committee. 
    The Consolidated Fire Association will sponsor bingo every Wednesday night at St. Mary’s School starting Sept. 18. The doors will open at 5:30 p.m. and the games will start at 7 p.m. 

    Kindergarten Roundup is approaching for the Bordentown School District. Community members who have children turning 5 years old on or before Oct. 1, 2015 are asked to visit http://www.bordentown.k12.nj.us to download registration information. Families living in Bordentown City and Holloway Meadows will register at Clara Barton School. Families residing in Bordentown Township or Fieldsboro will register at Peter Muschal School. Please complete all registration paperwork as soon as possible.     Bordentown Regional School District is offering a full day, tuition-based early education program for children 4 or older.

    The club meets the first and third Monday of each month at 1 p.m. at the Senior Community Center on Municipal Drive. All township seniors age 55 and older are welcome. 
    For the 10th year, Holy Cross Lutheran Church will have youth groups for children and teens in grades K-12.
    The CREW is broken into two groups. JV CREW is for children in kindergarten through second grade, and Varsity CREW is for children in third grade through fifth grade. They gather twice a month to explore Christian faith through crafts, games, stories and more.
    The season typically starts after a mid-September kickoff and ends in June.

    The GANG also has two groups. GANG Jr. is for young adults in sixth grade through eighth grade. GANG Sr. is for young adults in ninth grade through 12th grade.
    The GANG usually holds two meetings, an activity, a fundraiser and community service event a month.
    The season typically starts after a mid-September kickoff and ends in June, though some summer activities are planned to keep the groups connected all year long.
