Registration is open to eighth- through 12th-grade females who are interested in attending the 18th annual Women’s Leadership Conference and Career Pathways 8 a.m.-1 p.m. March 21 at South Brunswick High School (SBHS), 750 Ridge Road, Monmouth Junction.
Hosted by the South Brunswick Commission on Women, the conference features keynote speaker Tammy Tibbetts, an SBHS graduate and founder of She’s the First.
Various workshops are scheduled throughout the day, including creative writing, date-rape and sexual harassment education, owning a business, physical sciences, elementary education, veterinary sciences, questioning media, health professions, architecture, law enforcement, pharmacy and visual art.
Registration is due by 2:30 p.m. March 9. To register, visit the high school, Crossroads Middle School or South Brunswick Public Library; or sign up at sites.google.com/site/sbew2015reg/home.
There is no fee to attend.
