Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Middlesex County will offer a nutrition seminar titled “Keys to Healthy Eating” 10 a.m. March 14 at the EARTH Center, Davidson’s Mill Pond Park, 42 Riva Ave., South Brunswick.
The program will offer information on the hazards of processed foods and how proper portion size can help maintain a healthy weight for all family members.
Advance registration is required before March 11; walk-ins will not be admitted. The program is free of charge.
