Leslie Carter, 65, of Hillsborough was arrested and charged with driving under the influence after his vehicle was stopped by police on Route 206 on March 15.
Police said his blood alcohol content was found to be 0.10 percent. He was also charged with failure to stay in his lane.
After processing, he was released and given a date to come to court.
In another report, Brooke Lathi, 20, of Manville was arrested for alleged possession of marijuana allegedly found in her possession after the vehicle in which she was traveling was stopped by police on Route 206 on Feb. 28.
After booking, she was released with a court date.
