Auxiliaries plan culinary event

The CentraState Associated Auxiliaries will bring a culinary experience to the community with an event that will benefit the Student Health Awareness Center at the Star and Barry Tobias Health Awareness Center and the Statesir Cancer Center programs at CentraState Medical Center, Freehold Township.

The event, scheduled for 6:30-9:30 p.m. April 20, will be held in the Crystal Ballroom at the Radisson Hotel, 50 Gibson Place, Freehold Township.

The event will feature signature dishes from area restaurants. A dessert room filled with chocolate and pastry tastings will be on tap for guests to enjoy. Samplings of wine, beer and spirits will be available.

Music will be provided by Nicole and Denise in the Crystal Ballroom. Barry Rosenzweig will play the keyboard in the Emerald Room, and TaDah and Extension Chord Quartets will be strolling and singing for the entertainment of guests.

The event will provide an opportunity for guests to advertise a business and, at the same time, support worthy causes, according to a press release.

Members of the auxiliaries invite guests to participate by attending “A Culinary Affair to Remember” and/or by placing an ad, being a sponsor or making a donation. For more information, call 732-221-7125.
