Weichert, Realtors’ Rumson office and Habitat for Humanity in Monmouth County have joined forces to raise awareness for the nonprofit’s ReStore, a furniture resale outlet, located in Freehold. Weichert has been a longstanding partner of Habitat and supported the organization in various capacities over the last several years.
Habitat for Humanity in Monmouth County is collecting items for its ReStore to support the funding of housing programs for families within Monmouth County. As the organization’s social enterprise, it provides an environmentally and socially responsible way to keep quality, reusable materials out of the waste stream while providing funding for Habitat’s affordable housing programs. For a full list of accepted items, visit: https://www.habitatmonmouth.org/restore. Furniture must be saleable, without rips, tears, deep scratches, stains, odors or pet hair. All proceeds are used to fund Habitat for Humanity building projects and operations that help to advance their mission. Free pickups are available for large items.
