Employers and employees of licensed beverage establishments are encouraged to sign up for free Training for Intervention Procedures (TIPS) training 10 a.m.-3 p.m. May 19 at the North Brunswick Senior Center, 15 Linwood Place, North Brunswick.
Bouncers, bartenders, servers and cashiers can learn how to detect the latest techniques in fake IDs, recognize signs of intoxication, intervene quickly in potential problem situations, and differentiate between people enjoying themselves and those getting into trouble with alcohol.
