Davis Realtors invites the public to a free Movin’ on Up seminar on May 21 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. at its 810 Deal Road office in the Middlebrook Shopping Plaza, Ocean Township. Experts will be on hand to educate and answer questions about coordinating a seamless and stress free move.
“Whether you currently own a home, and need to know how to coordinate a sale and purchase, or you are currently renting, there will be something to learn,” said Dana Ailes, a loan originator at Lincoln Mortgage.
Ailes will provide information about new laws pertaining to home financing, and best practices for securing a loan, and how to plan for a successful transaction. Local designer, Liz Lutchman of Beautiful Touches, will provide valuable information about home staging and tips that can enhance a home’s value. She is an accredited staging professional in Monmouth County.
