WEST WINDSOR POLICE BLOTTER: June 23

A 42-year-old West Windsor resident reported the theft of his black-and-silver Scott bicycle with cleated pedals and an Apex racing saddle, plus its combination bicycle lock and chain, from the bicycle rack near Wallace Permit Lot No. 8 at the Princeton Junction Train Station on June 2. 

A West Windsor Parking Authority parking permit was reported stolen from the rear view mirror of a vehicle belonging to a 68-year-old Lawrence Township resident while it was parked at the Princeton Junction Train Station between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. June 3. 

A Samsung Galaxy Avant cell phone belonging to a 22-year-old Trenton resident was reported stolen from the sink in the bathroom at the Walmart store at the Nassau Park retail center on June 15. The victim left the cell phone in the bathroom and when he returned to retrieve the cell phone, it was gone. 

Someone cut and unbolted three separate well assemblies containing brass and copper, valued at $3,900, and also damaged some PVC piping valued at $1,200, on June 5 at the Village Grande at Bear Creek housing development. 

Vannesa L. Baker, 26, of Kendall Park, was charged with driving while intoxicated, being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of certain prescription drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia (a glass pipe with marijuana residue, a plastic envelope containing half of a Suboxone pill, two needle caps and 11 wax folds) June 5 after she was involved in a two-car accident on Alexander Road at Princeton-Hightstown Road. 

A 54-year-old West Windsor resident reported that she has been receiving fraudulent charges to her Visa credit cards since January. The fraudulent charges have occurred between Jan. 2 and June 4. 

A 58-year-old New York City resident reported that he received three emails indicating that someone had used his PayPal debit card number three times in three minutes to make fraudulent purchases at the Walmart store at the Nassau Park retail center on June 4. 

An 18-year-old West Windsor Township resident reported that someone made unauthorized withdrawals from his checking account between June 6 and June 10. 

Nathaniel M. Booker, 33, of Trenton, was charged with shoplifting for taking 13 pieces of clothing from Kohl’s at the Nassau Park retail center June 11. He was also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia (a crack pipe) and possession of a hypodermic needle, and turned over to the Hamilton Township Police Department for several outstanding warrants totaling $1,600. 
