The Arc of Middlesex County will receive a $4,000 grant from LongHorn Steakhouse in North Brunswick, Piscataway and Woodbridge, and from Olive Garden in Woodbridge as part of the Restaurant Community Grants Program from the Darden Restaurants Foundation.
The Arc of Middlesex County is dedicated to promoting equal life opportunities for people who have intellectual and/or developmental disabilities.
The donation will enable the vocational department of the Arc of Middlesex County to pick up surplus food donated from restaurants and deliver it on a regular basis to soup kitchens and organizations throughout the county,
