Dr. Michael Norris, formerly of the Metropolitan Museum of Art, New York City, will offer an Armchair Art Tours presentation titled “French Impressionism” 7 p.m. July 16 at the Jamesburg Public Library, 229 Gatzmer Ave. The event will be hosted by the Friends of the Jamesburg Library.
Armchair Art Tours is an outgrowth of slide lectures Norris gave on the Metropolitan’s cruises. The library program will feature artwork from various museums. Light refreshments will be served.
