Florence Reynolds Bidun, 75, of Manalapan, passed away.
Florence, beloved mother, sister, grandmother and aunt, enjoyed cooking, reading, gardening, coloring and spending time with family and friends. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren, who affectionately called her Grammy or Gram.
Florence passed away on June 23, 2015, surrounded by family in Concord, North Carolina.
Born and raised in Newark, Florence attended Archbishop Walsh High School in Irvington. She spent her summers at her family home in Ortley Beach.
Florence was a devoted elementary school teacher while attending classes at Seton Hall University in the early 1960s.
While living in Manalapan since 1962, Florence was very active in the community. She volunteered for Pop Warner; was a den leader for Boy Scouts; and was a leader for Brownies and Girl Scouts.
Florence is survived by her five children, Stephen and his wife, Lee, Bidun; Christopher and his wife, Janine, Bidun; Dave and his wife, Kim, Bidun; Valerie Aquilina; and Laura and her husband, Michael, Lubin. She is also survived by her sister, Margery Chandler; and nine grandchildren.
Florence was predeceased by her parents, Nathaniel and Valerie Reynolds; and her husband of 34 years, Donald Bidun.
A service will be held at 10 a.m. July 25 at the St. Rose of Lima Cemetery, 209 Freehold Englishtown Road, Freehold, followed by a luncheon at the Knights of Columbus, 5903 Lasatta Ave., Englishtown.

Florence was cremated at the Forest Lawn West Crematory, Charlotte, North Carolina.
